Join transpersonal coach and therapist Andrea Johnstone for a walking meditation within the tranquil Delph Woods.

Walking is a great way to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life and has been practiced as a meditative technique for thousands of years.

Experience the peace, tranquility and therapeutic effect that nature offers as we walk, meditate and explore the joys of living in the present moment.

Meeting Point: car park next to the cricket ground. Follow this link for the lane that comes off Gravel Hill and leads to the car park.

There will be the opportunity to socialise afterwards in a nearby cafe.
